Social Media Director

We’re seeking an individual who’s conceptual, collaborative and an all-around creative and strategic powerhouse. You will work with a team responsible for the management, development and deployment of digital content, focused on creating and maintaining an editorial calendar, and identifying opportunities for growth, engagement and viewership. This person must be a proactive idea generator and creative copywriter who relies on data to drive their efforts.

What you’ll do:
  • Spearheading strategic approach for L+ client content on key social channels to successfully support client goals.
  • Develop content ideas, execute in collaboration with broader teams and optimize social media strategy and content through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Initiate performance reports for clients with a special attention to the analysis of data and strategic recommendations based on their findings.
  • Keep a pulse on the industry and competitors.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • 3-5 years of proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
  • Expertise on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Experience with overseeing channel and content development strategies from building and presenting decks to execution.
  • Strong understanding of copywriting with an eye for social media.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide content and channel recommendations.
  • Dedication to understanding social media platform changes.
  • Experience working and delivering to multiple stakeholders from internal and external teams.
  • Demonstrated social networking experience and social analysis analytics tools.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with solid multitasking skills.

Marketing Director

We’re looking for a Marketing Director to bring energy, smarts and a fearless attitude to our fast-growing, mind-blowing creative and brilliant team. In this role, you will work with our clients in architecting their business strategies, marketing and advertising efforts and run day-to-day communications. Our clients think of us as the leaders of their marketing (in fact, many of our clients don’t have an in-house marketing team.  That’s us!). It’s critical that you can mastermind more than just an advertising campaign or get an ad out the door. You will be the driving force to our clients growths. You will think through how a campaign is deployed internally at a client or impacts the sales team or call center, as well as making sure that everything launches flawlessly and is optimized for its highest performance.  You will interface with CEOs or other client leaders, as well as establish yourself as the go-to person to our team for how we go to market daily.  Of course, providing leadership to your team, executing initiatives flawlessly – across channels.

You will wear multiple hats, learn from the best of the best, and make an impact in the marketplace. This role will report directly to our CEO, and will work closely with other leaders on the team.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead marketing for our clients as if you run their in-house marketing team.
  • Mastermind marketing plans that drive business growth, as well as lead the internal team in the development and implementation of these plans.
  • Spearhead day-to-day integrated, measurable marketing initiatives across communication channels, including social, digital, events, CRM, print and brand marketing that the brand positioning and identity are aligned with the overall marketing direction.
  • Evaluate the people, processes and tools required to achieve success and make recommendations/implement– for both our team and our clients’ team.
  • Lead ongoing analysis and optimization of all related marketing initiatives.
  • Develop a narrative that supports the client/brand story.
  • Have passion for our business and our client’s business and, ultimately, drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the development of an ecosystem of content that will support the channel.
  • Maintain a pulse on the line of business, competitive landscape and customer behaviors.
  • Proactively develop marketing ideas for the assigned respective clients.
  • Support company culture as a driver of growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with team members and leaders, clients…and everyone in between.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • 8+ years in Marketing or in the agency world.
  • Proven track record of success launching and leading the marketing for a primarily digital brand.
  • Well-versed in general marketing knowledge, with an emphasis toward digital, social and CRM.
  • Willingness to move at the speed of digital and retail, experiment often and fail fast.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple projects simultaneously and execute flawlessly.
  • Able to problem-solve and offer solutions – and in situations that require quick decisions.
  • Self-starter and have an amazing ability to remain calm when the list gets long.
  • A sharp eye to detail and budget management.
  • A team player with strong analytical, written and oral communication skills.
